What we collect, and why.
Not much. There are no accounts, we never ask your name, and we sell nothing to anyone.
Counting visits
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they open, where they came from (a post on X, say) and whether they press Play, Share or sign up for alerts. It sets cookies and records your rough location, device and browser. Google's advertising features are off, and we never send it your email address. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on or any ad blocker turns it off, and the site works the same.
Drop alerts
If you sign up, your email address goes to Kit, the service that sends our emails. We use it only to email you when a game drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll delete your address if you ask at hello@gamedrop.io.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves this site. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details so it can deliver pages and stop abuse.
